Milled (ground) Flaxssed:
Sprinkle on food, like muffins, peanut butter bread, waffles, etc.
Flaxseed Oil:
Pour it over hot cereal, baked seet potatoes, or use it as a salad dressing.

What's Flaxseed
Available in whole, powder, oil, capsule, flaxseed is the seed of the flax plant, believed to have originated in Egypt. Also known as linseed, it grows throughout Canada and the northwestern United States.
Flaxseed is most commonly used as a laxative, for arthritis, high cholestoral, , and prevention of cancer.
